Is Nebula free to use?

Yes! We offer a free tier that includes 10 token analyses per day, basic wallet tracking, and 5 AI queries per day. For unlimited access and advanced features, check out our Pro and Enterprise plans on the pricing page.

Do I need a Phantom wallet to use Nebula?

No, you can use most of Nebula's features without connecting a wallet. However, connecting your Phantom wallet unlocks additional features like tracking your own portfolio and receiving personalized insights. Wallet connection is completely optional and secure.

What blockchains does Nebula support?

Currently, Nebula focuses exclusively on Solana blockchain. We're committed to providing the best Solana analytics experience. Support for Ethereum, BSC, and other chains is planned for 2027. Check our roadmap for more details.

Is Nebula available on mobile?

Yes! Nebula is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. For the best mobile experience, use the Phantom mobile app's built-in browser. Native iOS and Android apps are in development and planned for Q2 2026.

Features & Functionality

How accurate is the token analysis?

Our token analysis pulls real-time data directly from the Solana blockchain and aggregates information from DexScreener, Solscan, and other trusted sources. The AI analysis is based on machine learning models trained on historical market data. However, crypto markets are highly volatile - always conduct your own research before making investment decisions.

Can I track multiple wallets?

Yes! Free users can track any wallet address in real-time, one at a time. Pro users get unlimited wallet tracking with saved watchlists, portfolio aggregation, and comparative analytics. You can track your own wallets or monitor whale wallets to learn from successful traders.

How do I set up price alerts?

Price alerts are available for Pro and Enterprise users. Simply navigate to any token's analysis page, click "Set Alert", and configure your desired price targets. You'll receive notifications via email, SMS, or in-app notifications when your conditions are met. You can set alerts for price changes, volume spikes, and liquidity movements.

Does Nebula detect rugpulls?

Yes! Our AI analyzes multiple risk factors including liquidity lock status, holder distribution, developer wallet activity, contract verification, and historical patterns to identify potential rugpulls. We provide a risk score (0-100) for every token. However, no system is 100% accurate - always be cautious with new or unknown tokens.

API & Development

How do I get API access?

API access is included with Pro and Enterprise plans. After subscribing, you'll receive your API key in your dashboard. Check our API documentation for endpoints, authentication, and code examples. Pro users get 10,000 API calls per month, while Enterprise customers get custom limits.

What programming languages are supported?

Our REST API works with any programming language that can make HTTP requests. We provide official SDKs for JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, and Go. Code examples in our documentation cover multiple languages to help you get started quickly.

Are there rate limits on the API?

Yes. Pro plan includes 10,000 API calls per month (approximately 13 calls per hour). Enterprise customers can request custom rate limits based on their needs. We also have a burst limit of 100 requests per minute to prevent abuse. If you need higher limits, contact our sales team.

Can I use the API for commercial projects?

Yes! API usage for commercial projects is allowed under Pro and Enterprise plans. Please review our Terms of Service for specific guidelines. If you're building a product that will serve end users, we recommend the Enterprise plan for white-label options and dedicated support.

Billing & Accounts

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Visit our pricing page and click "Start Free Trial" under the Pro plan. You'll get 7 days free to try all Pro features. After the trial, you'll be charged monthly or annually depending on your selection. No credit card required for the trial.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period, and you won't be charged again. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and cryptocurrency payments (SOL, USDC, USDT on Solana). Crypto payments receive an additional 10% discount! Enterprise customers can also pay via wire transfer or invoice.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with Nebula for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Free trial users can cancel anytime without being charged.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes! You can change your billing cycle at any time from your account settings. When switching from monthly to annual, you'll save 20% immediately. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period, or you can upgrade immediately with prorated charges.

Security & Privacy

Is my wallet safe when connecting to Nebula?

Yes! We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase. Wallet connections are handled entirely through Phantom wallet's secure interface. We only request permission to view your public wallet address - we cannot make transactions or access your funds without your explicit approval for each transaction.

Do you store my data?

We store minimal data necessary to provide our services: your email address (if you create an account), saved watchlists, and alert preferences. We do NOT store your wallet's private information, browsing history, or transaction details. All blockchain data is fetched in real-time from public sources.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! We use Stripe for credit card processing - we never see or store your credit card details. All payments are encrypted with bank-level security (AES-256). For crypto payments, we use audited smart contracts on Solana. Your payment information is 100% secure.

Do you sell my data?

Never! We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is yours. We may aggregate anonymized usage statistics to improve our platform, but these never contain personally identifiable information.

Troubleshooting

Why can't I connect my Phantom wallet?

Make sure you have Phantom wallet extension installed and unlocked. Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or disabling browser extensions that might interfere. If the problem persists, try connecting from a different browser. For mobile, make sure you're using Phantom's built-in browser.

Why is my token analysis taking so long?

Most analyses complete in 5-10 seconds. Delays can occur during high network congestion on Solana, or when analyzing very new tokens with limited data. If analysis takes more than 30 seconds, try again. The AI needs to fetch data from multiple sources and process it, which takes time.

The AI gave me an error message

AI queries can fail if the question is too complex, contains inappropriate content, or our AI provider is experiencing issues. Try rephrasing your question more clearly. If you're on the free tier and hit your daily limit (5 queries), you'll need to wait until tomorrow or upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.

I found a bug or issue

We appreciate you reporting it! Please contact our support team with details about the issue, including screenshots if possible, your browser/device, and steps to reproduce the problem. We'll investigate and fix it promptly. Bug reporters get priority support!
